Michael Zuther

Michael Zuther is the founder and chief executive of Fusion Forge Tech, a software company that builds web platforms, mobile apps, AI integrations and cloud infrastructure for startups and enterprise clients. Since he founded it, the company has grown to offices in eight countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Caribbean, and has completed more than 200 projects.

From finance to software

Michael's career began in finance and corporate structuring: incorporation, risk and contract design, the groundwork that international businesses depend on. Over time he saw the decisions that mattered move into the software companies build, buy and run every day. To stay useful to serious businesses he had to understand how those systems are made, so he started making them. Fusion Forge Tech is the result.

How he runs Fusion Forge Tech

His working standard comes from that background. In finance, a structure is not finished when it is delivered; it is finished when it holds up under audit, in a dispute or through a difficult quarter. He holds the company's software to the same test: the product is what still works three years after release.

Running offices in eight countries taught him that international growth is an internal test. Every undocumented process and every decision that depends on one person surfaces as soon as a new office opens, so he builds the processes before the next office, not after it.

Products and current work

Under his leadership Fusion Forge Tech builds its own products alongside client work. Vacation Flow, the company's leave management platform, handles leave requests, approvals and shared team calendars for teams that span several countries. Client projects cover real estate, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, e-commerce and logistics; selected work is in the portfolio.

His focus for the next five years is depth over reach: the same delivery standard in every office, and software, AI included, that still holds up long after a project ends.
